Fran is the co-founder of the tech-for-good company, Accessible Communications, the company behind the Family Phone app. Fran has been growing, developing, and stabilising purpose-driven organisations for a very long time. She has extensive experience in senior leadership, social impact, and strategic development. She is the Chair of the Sheffield Social Enterprise Network. Until 2020, she was CEO of a Sheffield housing charity which she led from being threatened with closure to a position of financial sustainability. Fran trains and mentors purpose-driven leaders, and she also runs a consultancy practice, Mantle. She holds a BA in English from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of York.
