Giles Fuchs

Giles Fuchs was educated at Pangbourne College in Berkshire, leaving in 1983 and immediately taking a job as an estate agent. After the success of his early career, at the age of 21 Giles had proceeded by opening his own estate agency in Northampton. As a self-confessed serial entrepreneur, Giles went on to start a series of other businesses, making a few bad mistakes but learning good lessons along the way.
Finally, after joining forces with his sister (Niki), on the 14th May 2009 they set up Office Space in Town and have never looked back. Giles is now the proud CEO of a successful and growing serviced office group that has a brand value of circa £230m and is recognised as one of the serviced office industry’s market leaders. As well as owning a thriving drinks business and a cleaning & facilities management company, he has also become a hotel owner, taking regular trips to Burgh Island on the South Coast of Devon.
