Leo Ringer

Leo Ringer is a founding partner of Form Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund investing in tech startups in markets shaped by public policy and regulation. Form is investing more than £30m into some of the most innovative and ambitious young British tech companies and - uniquely for a VC fund outside of the US - helping them understand and navigate policymaking. Leo started the business after more than a decade in public policy, initially at the CBI and then advising the Secretary of State for Business in the British government before moving into consulting. He regularly writes and speaks about the intersection of tech disruption and public policymaking, which he believes will be one of the most important societal issues of the next few decades.
