Mark began his business journey in the early 1990s and continues to start, build, buy, sell and invest in businesses across the UK having spent over 15 years in customer service training and management. With a proven track record across multiple industries, including design and marketing, information technology, property, franchising, legal and financial businesses, retail, hotels, restaurants and hospitality amongst many others, he helps businesses to grow people, enhance processes, protect the planet, develop products and increase profitability.
