Richard Angus
Richard Angus is the Head of Business Development at Hardman & Co. He has more than 30 years of City experience, primarily focused on US equity capital markets with an emphasis on growth companies in the technology, life sciences and financial sector.
Having initially been a US fund manager, Richard then worked for US investment banks Alex Brown & Sons and Furman Selz. before becoming Managing Director and Head of Institutional Sales for Europe at FBR & Co. Besides being involved in many public flotations, his experience includes pre-IPO capital raises.
Richard joined Hardman & Co in 2014 and has responsibility for the firm’s business development initiatives as well as bespoke corporate advisory activities, tax enhanced services and valuation assignments.
Richard holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Liverpool and is a Chartered Accountant.
