Toni Kent

Toni Kent is a professional speaker, writer and stand-up with a firm commitment to reducing socio-economic inequity. She does this by educating organisations and advocating for people who lack access to opportunities by virtue of where they were born, or the family they were born into.

Using stand-up sensibilities to relay her own experience of social mobility thanks to a 25-year career in the IT sector, her refreshing approach has led to her becoming an in-demand speaker for some of the world’s best-known professional services and technology companies. She has also been the proud host of the UK Social Mobility Awards on two occasions, and a keynote speaker at PRIME Commitment’s 10th Anniversary Conference.

Alongside speaking, hosting and stand-up, Toni is the author of four books and a writer of editorial on the topic of social mobility and women in tech.
