Gary Stevens is the General Manager of the Gatehouse Theatre Stafford, where he has spent the past two decades leading teams, delivering exceptional audience experiences, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy producing and receiving theatre. Gary's career began in the cinema industry as a projectionist before moving into management, but it was his passion for working with people and creating memorable customer experiences that led him into theatre. He thrives on the unique energy of live performance, where no two shows are ever the same, and believes great theatre is about more than what's on stage—it's about creating an outstanding experience from the moment audiences arrive to the moment they leave. With a strong focus on collaboration, customer service, operational excellence, and community engagement, Gary is passionate about building successful partnerships, supporting his team, and ensuring the Gatehouse Theatre continues to be a welcoming, vibrant venue that brings people together through the power of live entertainment.
