Marke Raines
Marke Raines has more than 30 years’ experience in the London structured debt capital markets and led the development of securitisation structures that became market standard. Previously a securitisation partner at Allen & Overy and then Shearman & Sterling, London, Marke founded Raines & Co, a London structured finance boutique law firm, in 2011. There he practised for 14 years, together with former Clifford Chance securitisation partners. In 2025 Marke launched a new company, MAJOR SecReg (Publishing) Limited, to develop and bring to market a unique interactive guide to virtually all EU and UK regulation addressing securitisation.
