Tim Mobbs
Tim Mobbs is a senior charity leader, strategist, and community builder whose career has been defined by one belief: where you’re born should never define your future. As Head of Ambassadors & Community at Teach First, he leads the national strategy for a 20,000-strong network of alumni working across schools, government, business, and civil society to tackle educational inequality.
A former school leader with over a decade in frontline and system-level roles, Tim has built high-performing teams, designed highly successful community engagement strategies, and forged partnerships that unite diverse voices around a common mission. He has pioneered network excellence frameworks, championed equity and inclusion, and supported the growth of hundreds of networks.
Known for his energy, clarity, and ability to connect people, Tim regularly speaks at national and international events, shares thought leadership across the global Teach For All network, and advises leaders on building movements for social change. Alongside his professional role, he serves as a trustee, school governor, and youth cricket coach, reflecting his belief that real change is driven by people who step up in their communities.
