Tony Vaughan KC MP

Tony Vaughan KC has been a barrister for 19 years, and specialised in asylum, immigration and human rights law. He was elected as the Member of Parliament for Folkestone, Hythe and Romney Marsh in July 2024, becoming the first Labour MP to represent his constituency and the first MP of Filipino Heritage in British History. In March 2025, Tony became a KC, the only KC in parliament aside from the Prime Minister to receive this honour outside of a ministerial role.
