Ian Brown CBE FCILT is Railfuture’s Policy Director and Vice President, with extensive experience in transport policy and railway operations. A long-standing advocate for better rail services, he works to promote improved connectivity, sustainable transport, and stronger rail infrastructure for passengers and freight across the UK. He was awarded a CBE for services to the railway industry and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
